Camera and photo access

If you use the "Scan medicine" feature in the imedi app, we may request access to your device camera or photo library. This is used solely so you can capture or select an image of a medicine label or packaging for analysis. Images are processed only to generate an educational explanation and are not stored by us.

Email addresses

If you subscribe to imedi, we collect and store your email address. It is used to verify your paid access and to restore your subscription if you return to the service. We do not use your email for marketing.

Information submitted is used solely to generate a response to your request and to operate the service. It is not used for marketing or profiling.
